Customer Support Manager
Crystal Lenig is the Customer Support Manager for Winona Building Products. She concentrates on customer interaction, serving as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and the Administration groups to help fulfill customer order requirements.
Before devoting her work fulltime to Winona Building Products, Crystal spent 27 years in the Flexible Packaging industry that specializes in paper, foil, film laminations and wax applications in various markets. She served in leadership positions and possess a broad-based knowledge in the fields of Customer Service, Scheduling, Inventory, Logistics, and Procurement management. She has cultivated vital partnerships with customers and suppliers worldwide.
Crystal attended Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana where she obtained her degree in Organizational Management and holds certificate training in Customer Service, Purchasing, Import/Export Procedures, and Paper Knowledge.
Crystal enjoys helping others, working as a productive team player with a focus on continuous improvement, delivering quality and exceeding customer expectations.
